All customised orders require time for design creation and production.
Processing Time:

This includes:
Creating your custom artwork
Preparing your item for shipment
Quality checks
During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the best available carrier for your location.
Estimated Delivery Times: 15-30 days 📦
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or postal delays.
🌍 Tracking Information
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
A tracking number
A link to follow your package
Please allow up to 5–7 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
📦 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. This allows faster delivery for each item.
📬 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
Delivery may fail
Additional fees may apply for reshipment
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address.
💛 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 15+ days, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the shipment.
